According to the various requirements put forward by customers, the company’s R&D department, welding technology department, and sales department jointly held a new project research and development meeting to discuss the technology, positioning of welding electrodes, grinding problems, list key risk points, and make one by one The solution was determined, and the basic direction and technical details were determined as follows:
1. Proofing test of the workpiece: Anjia welding technologist did the proofing test at the fastest speed, and conducted small batch verification to basically determine the welding parameters;
2. Equipment selection: First, due to the customer’s process requirements, the welding technologist and the R&D engineer will discuss and determine the selection of customized special equipment.
3. Advantages of the overall equipment:
1. High electrode compatibility: The equipment adopts the whole plate bottom electrode structure, which is compatible with workpieces of various sizes, and is equipped with positioning tubes. The utilization rate of the equipment has increased by more than 37 times.
2. Positioning function: Using the lower electrode itself as a positioning pipe, it can be positioned quickly when manually placing the workpiece, reducing labor costs and improving assembly speed.
3. XY moving welding: XY moving welding is used to weld the intermediate pipe fittings first, and then weld other parts in order to solve the problem of workpiece flatness and improve welding quality.
4. Delivery time: 50 working days.
