High precision welding pressure mechanism
The welding pressure mechanism is guided by a diamond guide rail, combined with precision roller bearings and quenched grinding spindle, providing high guiding accuracy, high rigidity and wear resistance to ensure accurate and follow-up electrode movement. Effectively reduce the impact force of the electrode on the workpiece during pressurization, prevent the convex point from collapsing before energizing, and reduce the deformation and wear of the electrode.

Stable pneumatic system
The pneumatic system of the equipment includes air filtration combination, solenoid valve, master cylinder, restrictor valve and gas reservoir, and adopts imported brand pneumatic components to ensure that the pressure cylinder provides sufficient welding force. It is equipped with a gas storage tank to stabilize the welding pressure, and an air source pressure detection device is installed to ensure that the system will alarm and stop when the air pressure is insufficient.

Multi-functional welding control system
The equipment adopts Anjia's new welding controller to store multiple groups of welding parameters and sample secondary loops to ensure the accuracy of welding current. Support complex welding process, with multi-pulse discharge and current overlimit alarm function, simple operation interface, all parameters at a glance, a variety of power modes to meet the needs of various welding processes.

Safe and reliable equipment requirements
The electrical performance of the equipment reaches Class E, has good grounding protection, and is equipped with a clearly marked emergency stop button. Alarm when the air pressure is lower than the set value, insufficient cooling water flow and overtemperature alarm, two-hand switch start mode to ensure safe and reliable operation.
