    1) High yield: The welding power supply adopts intermediate frequency inverter DC welding power supply, which has short discharge time, fast climbing speed and DC output, which ensures the fastness of the product after welding, ensures the welding quality, and greatly improves the production efficiency;

    2) Solve the problem of workpiece loading and reduce labor intensity: manually only need to place the workpiece on the fixing groove of the tooling, and the welding workpiece fixture is tightened by the cylinder to reduce the labor intensity and ensure the safety of the operator;

    3) The equipment has high stability, and the welding data can be traced: the equipment adopts all imported configurations of core components, and the welding power supply of the equipment adopts international brands to cooperate with Siemens PLC and the control system independently developed by our company. The network bus control and fault self-diagnosis ensure the safety of the equipment. Reliability and stability, the whole welding process can be traced, and can be connected with ERP system;

    4) Solve the problem of large surface traces on the workpiece after welding: We continue to test and communicate with the material manufacturer. The manufacturer customized and produced a large-area copper plate electrode for us to solve the problem of the appearance of the welded product;

    5) Self-inspection function to ensure quality: the equipment is highly intelligent, and can automatically identify whether the workpiece is placed, whether the fixture is in place, whether the welding quality is qualified, and all parameters can be exported, and the error detection equipment can automatically alarm and dock with the waste system for comparison. , to ensure that there will be no waste outflow, and the finished product rate is over 99.99%;

   6) Strong equipment compatibility and error-proof detection system: products of different specifications can be produced on one welding machine, and only need to manually select the corresponding program, and the program and workpiece are interlocked. Unable to weld, realize intelligent detection;

   7) Structural innovation to improve production efficiency: According to the requirements, the tooling for fixing products of various specifications is specially designed to realize one-time fixing of products and automatic overall welding, which improves production efficiency. 12 pieces are upgraded to the current 60 pieces per class.
