스폿 용접 공정은 냉각수 개방, 가공물 표면 청소, 정밀 조립, 상하 전극 사이에 삽입, 접촉이 잘 되도록 압력을 가하고 전류를 흘려 두 가공물의 접촉면을 가열하는 과정으로 이루어지며, 국부적으로 녹여서 너겟을 형성합니다.전원 공급을 차단한 후 압력을 유지하면 너겟이 압력 하에서 냉각되고 응고되어 용접 지점이 형성됩니다.그런 다음 압력을 제거하고 공작물을 꺼냅니다.
용접 전류, 전극 압력, 전류 지속 시간, 전극 작업 표면 크기와 같은 스폿 용접 공정 매개변수는 용접 품질에 상당한 영향을 미칩니다.
