Precision fixture system

Reliable welding protection
Equipped with a welding protection mechanism of flame-retardant material and mechanical structure, the automatic switch closes, effectively blocking the splash during the welding process, and fully protecting the site.

Efficient slag removal mechanism
It uses a hydraulic cylinder and multi-knife combination to plan and scrape slag, and is equipped with a welding slag catching device to automatically remove welding slag from the upper and lower surfaces of the workpiece to ensure welding quality and surface finish of the workpiece.

Advanced electrical control system
It consists of a control box, PLC, touch screen, etc. It has parameter setting functions such as preheating current, upsetting amount, clamping force, etc. It has a pulsating adaptive flash function to ensure welding consistency, and can display and Monitor key data, alarm and shut down when exceeding limits to ensure welding quality.

High-efficiency cooling system
The cooling water flow rate is 60L/min, and the inlet water temperature range is 10-45 degrees Celsius. It effectively controls the equipment temperature and ensures welding stability and equipment life.

Powerful performance parameters
The rated power is 630KVA and the rated load duration is 50%, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment. The maximum clamping force reaches 60 tons and the maximum upsetting force reaches 30 tons, which is suitable for the welding needs of large steel strips. The maximum cross-section of welded parts is 3000mm², which meets the welding requirements of ultra-wide steel strips.
