Analyze the electrode structure of the energy storage welding machine

The electrode of the energy storage welding machine is divided into head, rod and tail. The head is the part where the electrode contacts with the weldment for welding. The diameter of the electrode in the welding process parameters refers to the diameter of the working face of the contact part.

The rod is the substrate of the electrode, mostly a cylinder, and its diameter is referred to as the electrode diameter D in the processing, which is the basic size of the electrode, and its length is determined by the welding process.

The tail is the contact part between the electrode and the grip rod or directly with the electrode arm. Ensure smooth transfer of welding current and electrode pressure. The contact resistance of the contact surface should be small and sealed without leakage.
