On the evening of September 24, 2024, Agera Automation management’s “Customer-centric” monthly reading sharing meeting was in full swing. The content of this sharing meeting was “the first chapter is customer-centric”. After 1 month of reading, everyone started this reading sharing meeting with full understanding.

In combination with the five chapters they read together, the management shared their understanding and feelings from the three perspectives of the original abstract, learning perception, and management review, and at the same time, they looked in the mirror to see their own shortcomings and reflected on how “I” should be “customer-centric” from their own perspective.

In the sharing, some management said: Originally, I thought that the cognition of value management of all enterprises was clear, non-sloganistic, and easy to implement, but it suddenly became clear after reading this book: Many of the original “customer service”, “customer-centric” as the slogan of the enterprise, are far away from customers, do not pay attention to customer demands, resulting in the final away from the market, abandoned by customers.

Several management members have mentioned that Huawei takes “customer-centric, striver oriented, long-term hard work” as its main value form, and Agera has always taken “customer-centric, striver oriented, continuous innovation” as its business philosophy, and we must implement it step by step and effectively cover all aspects of service.

Finally, Mr. Li from the Marketing Department made a summary. Combined with the current market situation, Mr. Li proposed that the struggle of Anjia should be customer-centered struggle, and customer satisfaction is the basis of Anjia’s survival. For our automation industry, service is not a slogan and concept, service is to implement the decomposition, step by step implementation, only to make customers satisfied, we have tomorrow.
