Intermediate frequency spot welding machines may encounter some malfunctions during use, such as high equipment temperature being one of the conditions. Excessive temperature indicates poor cooling effect of the chiller, and the circulating cooling water generates heat, mainly due to the following reasons:
1. The chiller model is not applicable. The cooling capacity of the cold water machine cannot offset the heat generated by the spot welding machine. It is recommended to replace the cold water machine with a larger cooling capacity.
2. The temperature controller of the chiller is faulty and cannot complete temperature control. The chiller temperature controller can be replaced.
3. The heat exchanger of the chiller is not clean. Clean the heat exchanger.
4. The refrigerant leakage of the chiller requires identifying the loophole, repairing welding, and adding refrigerant.
5. The working environment of the chiller is relatively harsh, with temperatures too high or too low, which results in the chiller not meeting the refrigeration requirements. It is recommended to replace the chiller with a larger cooling capacity.
