When it comes to the stability of welding performance, the first thing that comes to mind is whether the current through is stable. Why does the current instability occur when the medium frequency spot welder welds the parts?
1. The welding joint is in poor contact, causing the current to be too small.
2, if the frequency spot welding machine core magnetic circuit insulation damage, eddy current is too large, resulting in welding current is too small.
The cause of the large spark splash during welding may be that the welding parameters are not adjusted well, the welding parts are not cleaned up, and the surface is dirty. The power time is not accurate or directly reduced: although the spot welding parameters have been checked when the spot welding machine welding, the solder joint is still not welded through. One of the reasons for the failure is that the current passing through the welding parts is too small, and the other is that the welding time is too short, resulting in insufficient heating in some areas. This is to be avoided by adjusting welding parameters.
