Using servo clamping tooling
The equipment adopts left and right servo clamping tooling, which can meet the diameter range of the workpiece from 12 to 80mm. There is no need for manual adjustment after changing the product, and the equipment automatically finds the center point.

The lifting ring is positioned using special tooling. You only need to place the workpiece on the electrode manually, and the equipment will automatically position and weld.

Servo welding cylinder
The equipment welds uses a servo pressurizing mechanism with an adjustable stroke of 150mm, which can greatly increase the space for workers to place workpieces, and can also meet the problem of switching between different workpieces.
